Shipping and Returns

SpiritGearDirect.com may use multiple vendors to ship products depending on weights and zones where applicable. We prefer a physical address be provided at checkout, however, we do accept shipping to P.O. Boxes as well as to APO/AE addresses. At the moment, our system will not allow shipping outside of the areas listed in the 'Shipping Address' section.

Please be aware that our shipping charges may include a residential delivery upcharge. This will be automatically added by the vendor before the quote is posted to the website.

We guarantee our products 100% against defects or errors. If you receive a defect or error in your shipment, we will replace the item(s) at no charge. Returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving product. Because these are custom made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors or designs which were incorrectly selected or entered.

Under no circumstance does SpiritGearDirect.com reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with SpiritGearDirect.com support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to SpiritGearDirect.com.
