How can we promote our gear drive sale?

Spirit Gear Direct will provide flyers for each student and teacher, promotional posters, email templates and social media links. We’ll email you regular updates on the status of your sale so you can track your progress. We also provide a dedicated Spirit Gear Specialist to offer tips and tricks for a smooth and successful spirit wear sale.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all purchases online. We accept additional payment methods for all other and wholesale including check, ACH, money order or wire transfer.

How do I know if an item will fit?

Each product offered on a gear drive has an icon in the upper right hand corner, marked by the letter “i” for information. That link will have a sizing video, measurements per size and fit guidelines to ensure a perfect fit. You may also contact us directly at 888-816-1113 and ask for a Spirit Gear Specialist.

What is the minimum number of items that must be sold to run a gear drive?

There is a minimum requirement of 50 paid items across all 6 items for a gear drive. We also provide a minimum tracker on your customized online gear drive store showing your # to 50 goal. If for some reason, your group does not meet the 50 minimum items for all 6 items, then you can still place your order with an additional $200 setup fee. 50 item minimum does not include free or promotional items.

What is your return and refund policy?

We guarantee our products 100% against defects or errors. If you receive a defect or error in your shipment, we will replace the item(s) at no charge. Returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving product. Because these are custom made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors or designs which were incorrectly selected or entered. Printed size of the logo may appear smaller or larger depending on garment size ordered. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for additional details.

Can I purchase items others than those shown on my gear drive?

Each school/group selects the items, then our graphics team gets to work customizing your flyer and online store. So, during each a gear drive sale, your purchases are limited to the 6 items selected by your group. Other items can be purchased either through wholesale/bulk ordering or on future gear drives set up by your organization.

Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

How do orders ship and when will they arrive?

We ship with multiple carriers from our Denver, Colorado location and ship all orders within 3 weeks of when the gear drive sale ends. Your sale end date is listed on the full-color flyer we send as well as on your customized online drive store. Shipping time is normally just a few days, but does vary depending on zone and carrier.

Do I pay tax on my order?

Tax is collected on any order shipped to Colorado that is not for resale. If any other areas require tax be collected, it will automatically be calculated and appear at checkout.

Can I change or add to an order?

If you need help with an order, contact us by email at service@spiritgeardirect.com or call 888-816-1113. If your order is already in the production process, there may not be a way to modify it.

How do I check my order status?

Your group sponsor will receive notifications regarding production time, shipment date and tracking once your sale has ended and all orders have been received and processed.

How can I create an online store?

Each 6-item gear drive automatically gets an online store that will go live on your start date and end 48 hours after your end date. Your gear drive dates are selected by your group sponsor.

How do I get paid our profit from the spirit gear sale?

Schools having selected a profit for a gear drive will be issued a check or invoice credit for the amount earned.

Can I use my logo?

Yes! When you register, you may upload your school logo. We will process that into a file that works for our system and go 'live' with it!

Is this website safe?

This site uses 256-bit encryption which will keep your personal information safe. Various browser types may treat the site differently but you should see a locked logo somewhere on the page, an https link in the navigation bar as well as confirmation via specific links to GoDaddy and Authorize.net outlining our security details. Please let us know if you run into any problems or questions about our site security. This site has a valid SSL security certificate.

What if I run into problems with the Website?

Our websites require 'Cookies' and 'JavaScript' be enabled. If you are at work and you are behind a firewall you may also run into trouble.
